The nine disciplines of Yoga Sports: Yoga Asanas Sports, Mallakhamb Yoga Sports, Tola Yoga Asanas Sports, Yoga Vyamana Sports and the Sports Yoga: Artistic Yoga, Rhythmic Yoga, Athletic Yoga, Yoga Dance, Yoga Choreography, Acrobatic Yoga or Acro Yoga Sport.

From 1989 every year the international yoga sports federation have world yoga championship of the six disciplines of yoga sports in Asia, America and Europe.
